A hilarious horror that parodies vampire hunter Van Helsing.
Directed by Jeff Scott Hamm, from a script by Jason Walter Vaile, ‘Feast’ is a comedy horror film that parodies the vampire hunter, Van Helsing. Larry Cassady stars as a present-day Van Helsing, who sabotages an innocent vampire party on Halloween. The film takes viewers on a journey of frightening imitation and hilarious comic relief.

The 5-minute horror opens in the seemingly 19th century. The audience is enthralled with high suspense as Van Helson handwrites his memoir. His literacy endeavor is swiftly interrupted by a modern-day microwave alarm – where Helson subsequently treats himself to pizza-bites. The first of many humorous distractions. Halloween festivities are well under way in his neighborhood, which gives him the incentive to hunt for vampires. As midnight strikes, Van Helson turns up uninvited to a vampire-themed Halloween party. Carnage ensues over misinterpretation.

Jeff Scott Hamm (Director) and Jason Walter Vaile (Writer) have created an outstanding film that promises a ton of belly-laughs. Larry Cassady’s comical timing, mixed with the characters blended personality, results in a highly entertaining performance. Cinematography, production design, lighting, editing and music are of an exceptional standard that delivers a professional finish. A remarkable comedy that will captivate and engage viewers throughout. The film concludes with an unexpected twist to the narrative. Highly recommended.
